Malene has several years of experience from the consulting industry, where she most recently worked in HR-TECH. As a specialist within the HR field, Malene has built up unique experience in handling and converting data within employee experience and work environment. Malene also has a background within the tourism- and travel industry and has great interest in investigating behavior and consumption habits, particularly in relation to Denmark as a tourist destination.

Malene lives in Aarhus with her boyfriend and daughter. She loves the pulse of the city and enjoys utilizing the many cultural offerings. Malene loves all water sports and finds great peace in and around the water. Both in the form of diving, Sup, winter bathing and sea swimming. Malene greatly appreciates travel experiences that broaden her horizon. Among other travels Malene has endeavored the Silk Road by train across Central Asia.
