New Initiatives to Improve Passenger Experience at Berlin Brandenburg Airport
Background
From January 2023, Silverlining Research has in cooperation with KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions the contract for collecting passenger insights at Berlin Airport (FBB).
Our responsibilities include collecting high-quality insights that can help FBB to further improve the passenger experience. The insights help FBB to constantly improve their processes, procedures as well as commercial offerings.
Method
The project involves more than 30,000 interviews annually with departing passengers collected by our local aviation fieldwork team on the ground.
Results
The results are reported monthly in our online reporting tool which allows the relevant project teams to gauge relevant insights, and development since previous periods and to deep-dive into specific areas and target groups of interest.
The contract period will minimum go to the end of 2027.
