Gaining a Deeper Understanding: Passenger Insights for Changi Airport
Background
From February 2023, Silverlining Research has the contract to collect passenger insights at Changi Airport (CAG).
Silverlining Research collects high-quality insights on passenger traffic behaviour and demographics at Changi Airport.
Method
The project involves more than 40,000 interviews collected by our local fieldwork team on site.
Results
The insights will be used to determine passenger flight routes, passenger demographic profiles, passenger journey purpose, and passenger airline and airport selection.
The contract period runs from at least February 2023 to January 2024.
